We're back, everybody! Fresh week, fresh house, fresh murder. It is indeed a fresh house as when people wake on Monday morning they'll see that — everything is fixed! The windows, the table, whatever property damage that was inflicted last week is all cleaned up and reset. There is no SOS on the roof anymore. None of that. Anyone who stayed up all night on Sunday will have seen the mannequins diligently cleaning and repairing the house during the course of the night, finished by dawn. Yay!

They've also opened a new room in the house. A cleaning room — there is a washing machine, dryer, and various cleaning supplies in the room. Mops and brooms and dustpans and swiffers and all sorts of things! There's even a basket for collecting dirty laundry too.

And then in the morning, they bring in a few things to note, dumping it all in the living room.

• A assortment of feminine clothing — dresses, skirts, blouses, etc
• Included in that pile of clothing are twenty-five sailor uniforms of various sizes
• Make up! Quite a bit — enough to last the rest of the time
• So many packs of underwear. You had underwear last week but like, this is better
• A tablet with Candy Crush and Infinity Nikki on it. There is nothing else accessible on it. There's a sticky note on the cover that says FOR ECHINACEA
• A gun with one bullet is on the coffee table
• A spear is laid across the coffee table as well

That said, it doesn't seem like the food restocked. Huh...

[ For a moment, Yuta just. Blinks. Is this a "probably royalty" thing or a "I'm from a magic world without washing machines" thing?? ]

You've never done your own laundry before?

[Honestly they probably do have cleaning spells in addition to washing machines but he doesn't know those either

Nope, Jamil does all that. Or the other staff, when I'm at home.

[ Kalim's malewife stonks are in the dirt... ]

Do you want me to show you how? I don't think the mannequins are going to take care of it for us.

[ Since they won't even CLEAN UP DEAD BODIES. ]

[Yeah but at least he could buy his spouse the entire washing machine company if they wanted

He thinks about it, deciding if this is the right time to worry about this kind of thing... then nods firmly.]

Yeah. I wanna help out.

[They are probably going to break a washing machine.]

[ They probably are, or at least ruin some clothes, because it's not like Yuta has done this much himself. Preemptive rest in peace, Washie. ]

Okay! We can try washing some of those uniforms from the living room for practice.

[ Because those aren't seriously there for wearing, right. ]

Right, I'll go get them!

[Dashes off and comes back with an armful of mismatched pieces of sailor uniforms. Sorry Haruaki]

[ They're about to ruin both Haruaki and Giselle's whole day...

He picks a uniform out of Kalim's pile that looks roughly Yuta-sized. ]

This one's going in for sure.

It'll be faster if we put them all in at once, right?

[starts stuffing them into the nearest machine]

[ He nods...yes, that makes sense to him!! It's only too full if they can't close the lid, right? ]

Then we add the detergent...huh, there's both powder and liquid kinds.

[ They should probably add both, just to be thorough! ]

Oh, I know this! We gotta mix powders and liquids in potions class all the time. I think it's... 3 scoops of powders, and 2 cups of liquids...?

[Yeah! Both!!!]

[incurse]

[ Potion mixing...okay, sure, it's not like they can have too much soap, right? In it goes!! Yuta pushes the lid closed. It's a bit of a tight fit... ]

Now we choose the cycle. Since these are new, I think we'd want to wash them thoroughly.

The cycle? [He doesn't know what that means, so he just nods along, trusting and ready to learn.] Okay! So, that means you've gotta press some buttons? Haha, it's like a video game!

[Is it??]

[ IS IT??? ]

Oh, like an attack combo? Maybe...

[ He punches in the buttons that say "heavy spin" and "hot". That should be most effective!! ]

[asimilate]

Right, right! [HE'S NOT EVEN A HARDCORE GAMER he's a casual... this is a disaster. But he watches diligently!!] Okay, what's next?

[incurse]

I think...now we just start it? Uhh...

[ He does indeed hit the start button...and it starts! ]

Hey, we did it right!

[asimilate]

Alright! [Holds up his hand for a high-five] You're so smart, Yuta! I probably would've broken the machine, ahaha.

[THIS ROOM IS GONNA FLOOD IN TEN MINUTES.]

[ The high five is RESOUNDING. ]

I'm just glad it's running! I don't know why I thought it might be more complicated.
